You NEED TO USE chatbot which is an integrated and acctual part of the business workflow - and learns from interactions. 95% of chatbots DONT offer this. Sure, they are easy to setup on your page by just inclding a caption in your html - and the provider will tell you that all purcased products can be contributes to the chatbot if they were previously discussed there. This is maybe not the whole truth. Especially if the customer was first to mention the product to the chatbot. Almost no bots push sale aggressively. Nobody wants to use fact-based tools like A/B testing to prove effect. Also.. if any form of american subsidiary hosting provider is used, you can forget all about EU data privacy restrictions. If US authorities ask american companies under the national security act to disclose all data, you can bet on all data being shared and sold to anybody... It will come as a closed Fisa court order and everybody else will never know what happened. That's just the practical curcumstances. Ultimately the decision is naturally yours. We respect that.
